Key responsibilities:
• Performs home or building inspections
• Completes reports on time with a great level of accuracy
• Interacts expertly with clients, agents, buyers, and sellers
• Maintains company equipment used daily
• Ensures the highest safety protocols, including those prescribed by public health authorities

• • Certificate, college, or university degree or equivalent
  • Basic technical work-related experience or courses
  • Certification with AIBQ or InterNACHI Certified Building Inspector, or AIBQ Candidate
  • Knowledge of inspection software an asset
  • Written and spoken French, English an asset
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable

• • Competitive compensation plan with possibility of ongoing bonuses and salary increases
  • Signing bonus (one time only)
  • Ability to work from home with about 50%-60% of the time on the road
  • Full-time, permanent position with flexible schedule (40 hours a week)
  • Three weeks’ vacation, in addition to stat holidays and one week off between Christmas and New Year’s
