Really nice and we appreciated it.We used the services of Experts-Radon now Enspeco and the service was... Quite an adventure. It's been several months now so I've forgotten the details.It looked like:Calling multiple times with no return calls. Multiple errors. “Ah I didn’t contact you to make an appointment as agreed, I had the wrong email”. Gentleman had already communicated with us before, so the excuse was completely false.Then being told that the gentleman was going to come by on such and such a date. We take time off from work to be at home. We wait, wait,... Mr. never shows up at home, doesn't call, doesn't return our calls. This happened twice...!Finally, he ended up making another appointment, and he came to do the Radon repair. An important part is missing, will come back later to finish it, so we don't pay.Anyway, it must have taken 8-12 months before we paid the bill and he eventually came back to finish the job.The story has a happy ending, but if you want good service, that's not what I received from Experts-Radon.read more
